One to One
Our One to One therapy sessions offer a confidential space to share your thoughts, feelings and concerns, so you can take steps towards a happier, more resilient you. We will support you throughout and, by the end of your programme, you’ll gain a greater understanding of your emotional wellbeing, and have the coping skills to lead a healthier life.
60 minute session - £50
Couples
Sadly, Couples Therapy is not the magic bullet that will instantly solve relationship issues. However, it can certainly help you identify and address negative behaviour and communication issues, providing tools to better express yourself and your needs, place boundaries and create a healthier relationship.
Communication is key to any relationship and, with a therapist to guide and help, both parties have equal opportunity to speak and, hopefully, understand viewpoints in a calm environment.
60 minute session - £70
Menopause
Over recent years talking therapies have been heavily publicised as an attractive non-medical natural alternative to HRT for the treatment of manopausal symptoms. Whilst many will be fortunate enough to navigate this stage of life without problems, for others it can be immensely painful - both emotionally and physically.
Typically, therapeutic menopause support might be considered a suitable option for the management of anxiety, sleep management / insomnia, night sweats, hot flushes, low self esteem, mood swings and depression.

Qualification & Professional Membership
I hold an Advanced Diploma in Relational Centred Psychotherapeutic Counselling
I am an Accredited Registrant Member of the National Counselling & Psychotherapy Society
It is a requirement of the National Counselling & Pychotherapy Society that regular training is undertaken in respect of all aspects of mental health in order to ensure the most professional service. I am regulated and bound by their Code of Ethics and am further required to participate in frequent clinical supervision.
